Guitarist Kasper Agnas has in recent years been a hot name on the Swedish jazz scene. He has collaborated with musicians such as Julia Strzalek, David Stackenäs and Joakim Milder. As a member of the group Agnas Bros. he has received a great deal of attention in Europe. In 2017, he won the Montreux Jazz Festival’s guitar soloist award. For the past two years, Agnas has dived deep into a new type of sound image for him, a place where the sound has time to rest. During these two years, the album Grain was created, which was released on the record label Haphazard Music in January 2021.
