Born in 1992, Kasper Agnas has, over the past years, been at the helm of the new Swedish jazz scene. He has collaborated with a number of European musicians (Julia Strzalek, Susana Santos Silva, David Stackenäs, Joakim Milder, Nils Landgren…) and received critical acclaim for his group Agnas Bros., bringing together his three brothers with whom he has toured several European countries. Kasper was the winner of the Montreux Jazz Electric Guitar Competition in 2017.

Haphazard Music consists of four musicians based in Stockholm who together and separately, haphazardly, look for different ways to compose, play, listen to and think about music.

Grain is Kasper Agnas’s idea of an album where elaborate, composed music is taken apart, then presented again in a more improvised setting.
Time is very important here: the music is slow, simple and sometimes raw. It can serve as an accompaniment to everyday life, but for those who listen closely, a very detailed world of guitars appears.

Born in 1992, Kasper Agnas has, over the past years, been at the helm of the new Swedish jazz scene. He has collaborated with a number of European musicians (Julia Strzalek, Susana Santos Silva, David Stackenäs, Joakim Milder, Johan Graden…)

The last two years Kasper has had the urge to go deeper in to specific sounds, to stay there, and trying not to flee in to any other places during the process. This two year period led to four pieces of solo guitar music.
In a very limited edition of 300 vinyls releases the new Stockholm based label Haphazard Music Kasper Agnas first guitar solo album “Grain”.
